This 2-hour surf lesson takes place in Cabrera de Mar, about 30 minutes north of Barcelona, with Gregal Surf School. The session is designed for beginners: theory on the sand then practice in the water, learning paddling, pop-up and first waves in the Mediterranean.

Groups are limited to 5 participants maximum for personalised supervision. It is ideal for testing surfing during a stay in Barcelona, in an accessible and friendly coastal setting.
