This Maras Moray mountain biking tour is a sporty and immersive way to discover the Andes around Cusco. The day starts with a hotel pick-up around 8 am and a transfer to the community of Cruz Pata. From there, the route passes Huaypo lagoon before reaching the Moray archaeological centre and its guided visit, then descends to Maras for lunch and reaches the Salinas de Maras, an impressive site with more than 2000 salt pans.

By bike, the landscapes feel more intense: roads, trails, villages, fields and Inca sites follow one another at the rhythm of your effort, with views over glaciers, valleys and high Andean lands. The route covers about 35 km and takes 6 to 7 hours of riding.
