The baby turtle release in Puerto Escondido is a simple, moving and deeply memorable experience. Pick-up takes place around 5 pm at the hotel, followed by a short van ride north and a detour to Palmarito Beach, a beautiful unspoilt beach about ten minutes from the city.

On site, at the turtle camp, a local guide welcomes you and explains the work done to protect and save sea turtles.
